 + -1 moreJeff was very prompt, worked quickly, explained everything to us, found a few issues, and show us how to operate a few of the units in the new home we're purchasing. He was very timely, and finished within an hour. As this was our first home inspection for us and our Realtor, we were given a 20% discount. This made the price absolutely unbeatable. Plus, we received that night, our inspection report by email. It was very clear and highlighted those items that could be a problem now and in the future. I would definitely use Jeff again.
