+ -1 moreExceeded my expectations....twice! I called Doug, and he was knowledgable and professional. He picked up my computer on time and returned it running like new. He made some recommendations that proved to be excellent choices for my computer. His price was lower than quoted(LOWER!), and it was a quick turnaround. The second time I called him, it went just as smoothly and was just as affordable. I feel like I got top dollar service without paying top dollar. His service, professionalism, capabilities and price will get him referrals from me again and again. After stopping at a few places, and calling a few more, I was lucky to have decided one last shot and see who was on Angie's List. I'd like to see more companies operate like A PC Helper does.
Description of Work: Cleaned up my computer and got the malicious programs off of it.
