Description of Work: AJ, the owner, came out and gave us a price quote, he is also an arborist and had very good recommendations for us concerning a pine that was growing at the base of our 100 yr old crab apple. We had two trees removed, a very old and big crab apple needed a lot of pruning, plus another smaller crab apple needed pruning. We also had two very very old pine and spruce trees that had dead branches high up that needed removal, plus a very large juniper tree that as overhanging the roof of our house. All of these services were taken care of most professionally and efficiently. The two young men that came out were very polite, efficient and knowledgeable. The cleaned up all debris from our yard and left not a trace of debris. I highly recommend this company and will definitely call them again!

 + 0 moreGet EVERYTHING in writing. He came out and gave us a bid to trim 3 trees and remove 2 bushes. Only one tree was trimmed and 2 bushes removed. On top of that I was never told there would be A TEN PERCENT charge for using a debit card. So I was charged $32 to use my debit card. When I let AJ know 2 of the trees had not been trimmed he said he would be back in a few days to trim the trees. Then the next day he calls and says the $320 bid did not include 3 trees. He also said I was charged for 2 hours and that's why the ONE tree was so much. They were here an hour. Three people in my house were home to see that. Even though the work was good we feel like we were lied to. My advice .... Get EVERY DETAIL including extra charges like card payments in WRITING! We feel very cheated and will not recommend him to anyone.
