Roger comes out to do the work for me as I request him specifically. He is very thorough and spends his time on each area. He pretreats everything and does the upholstery from top to bottom, front and back. He does not just mask the smells with deodorizers. I have pets so things tend to pick up that stronger smell especially from my male dogs. He has always been on time and stays till the job is done and sometimes that means 3 or more hours. I highly recommend them. They are not the cheapest but they are the best I have used in the Springs and will continue to use in the future. I am a frequent repeat customer.

The owner of the company kept in touch with me twice prior to the appointment time to confirm the schedule and allow for any adjustments.  I thought that was very thorough and well appointed.  They arrived actually a little early (which was also communicated) and re-stretched my carpet in a small entertainment room.  Carpets and pad were in good shape and there was no urgency or pressure for added services. I did inquire about carpet and upholstery care.  And Randy was very thorough and detailed about the carpet and upholstery requirements; and their techniques in helping the homeowner maintain their floors and furniture for maximum investment savings.  He gave me several quotes on regular and annual maintenance which I thought was very reasonable.  The job was performed to my complete satisfaction and I will use them in the future for regular scheduled cleanings and maintenance.

They were prompt, extremely professional, and kind. They were very responsive. Their pricing depends on the number of rooms. I paid $287 and that included steam cleaning the carpets in eight rooms plus the stairs and stretching two areas of the carpet. It was very reasonable and they did an excellent job. I was very pleased with them.

He used a piece out of a closet to patch the carpet.  It turned out great!

Did  a good job stretching the carpet, very professional and takes pride in his work.  He also tried to fix the creaking subfloor, but it was too far gone.  Definitely recommend!

A Carpet Doctor was amazing.  There was snow on the ground from a recent snow but there was no tracking of snow in my home.  The carpet cleaning was great.    There were some really bad areas in the house, dog urine, paint stains and other stains.  I don't see any trace of the stains that were on the carpet.  I would definitely use A Carpet Doctor again.  Great service and great price.

Provider cam on arranged day, at arranged time and  they were professional and did a good job with the repair and the cleaning.  We were pleased with the work. Would use them again!

They were able to come over on a moments notice and do a final cleaning of our rugs in preparation for closing inspection.  I had used them once before and both times they did an outstanding job.

I called the Carpet Doctor, after seeing him recommended on Angie's List. I think I spoke to a guy named Randy. We set up an appointment for someone to come out and clean the carpet. The guy that came to clean was fine, it was just the work that was done was horrible. A lot of soap residue was left in the carpet, which matted the carpet down and quickly led to the carpet getting dirty.

Smooth and easy. They were on time and professional. Carpets dried quickly and two years worth of dirt disappeared. I will use them again.
