+ 0 moreTerrible I decided to pay extra to have secure 24hr access and temperature control! When moving in it was so cold inside the units I had to wear gloves then was so hot I couldn’t even breathe shortly after moving in I went to my unit to find they switched to no longer 24hr with no warning also no compensation for being way over priced compared to other places that were not 24 also informed me they were having problems with theft every time I have driven by the gates are wide open the parking lot is so dark it’s extremly scary to be there even in the day time!
Description of Work: A secure storage facility where my belongings are safe

+ -1 moreAssistant manager Rick was very rude and unprofessional, but josh was some what helpful and at least friend. This location is under new management, and had really taken a turn for the worse. I plan on leaving the end of August when my last is up.
Description of Work: Bill was current, but we got locked out of our unit. The assistant manager rick, informed us in March or unit was unsecured. So they cut off our lock, tagged unit, and put their lock on. I've been to my unit at least 3 times since March, and it was licked every time. Nocomedy from company that they had locked our unit. Avoided returning phone calls when we tried to find out why we were licked out. And if my unit was unlocked why would they have to cut off my existing llock.

+ 1 moreThey have U-Haul and storage. They are real nice people. I was not notified of my fee, because I am in the military and was stationed in Kuwait and did not have my mail forwarded. They did not charge me for the unit because they said I had not been notified. They are real personable. One time I locked my unit incorrectly and they called to let me know. They are real sweet people. Their are very good people and their security system is on point. I have easy access to my climate controlled area and the place is very clean. I really like it. I don't like the price and I have compared it to other storage places and it is no more than any other place that has climate control. They are awesome.
Description of Work: I used AAA Platte Self Storage. I used their truck to move some stuff and I have two storage units with them.
