My husband is very happy with them. They have a good variety of equipment and they have a nice facility.

Their price is very inexpensive. They have a good variety of classes and equipment. Their staff is friendly. I have not had that much communication with them but they always greet me at the door. I only pay $50 a year to go there so I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

Duct work hasn't been dusted in 5 years (see for yourself.) Locker room is not clean and the bathrooms are disgusting. TV in mens locker hasn't been replaced in approx: 1 year (and dust resides in its stead.) Shortage of 45 lb plates means a scrmable for the few they have. They continue to not utilize the AC to save money on utilities. I have emailed the past 2 managers, the regional manager, the corporate office to no avail. Maintenance of the equipment is not a priority for this outlet. The gym continues to increase membership but does not spend on keeping up with the increased demand. The biggest problem for someone like myself is that there is no real competition in the vicinity.

I have been a member at 24 for about a year. Over the last year it seems that the gym has put equipment maintenance on the back burner. In the group exercise room, the weights leak sand. Some of the weights have lost enough sand that use is dangerous. The group exercise equipment is poorly maintained, poorly organized and filthy. There are holes in the walls, paint is dingy and no way would I ever shower in those locker rooms. When I speak with the staff about my concerns they are always politely dismissive. They have no power and all issues are blamed on corporate headquarters in CA. For example, if they would like to adjust the thermostat, they must call HQ in CA. There is no local control. Unfortunately, for this end of town, there are few options available. I wish there was a Lifetime Fitness or VillaSports on the South end of town so I could jump ship.

I use 2 of their centers which is closer to my office and home. They are basically a gym, they have all the free weights, machines, cardio, and all that stuff. They have personal training. They have a pool, sauna, hot tub, fitness classes and all kinds of equipment for fitness classes. I have had good marks there. I actually canceled my membership once and ended up going back because I liked it better than the place I tried after them. I like the fact that they have the pool, not a lot of places do.

They are very clean and personable. They have good personal trainers.

I was very pleased with them but the only problem I had was with the water aerobics. I used to do water aerobics earlier and it was very different. We did deep water aerobics and we always had to wear safety belts because we went into deep water. I quit water aerobics because all they did was jump up and down and I can't do that. The gym is super. I had a talk with my trainer and he was very good. He is very patient with me and he was a lot of fun too. He made it fun. I think they are a little pricey.

They are open 24 hours a day.

They're very professional and clean. All the equipment works and is clean.

They have everything that we want. They have a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout areas. They also have rooms for classes and exercise.

It went great, my personal trainer (Dolly Fiedelman) isn’t there anymore, which was the main reason I stopped going.

This gym is one of the smaller ones I looked at, but it isn't crawling with teenagers like the YMCA, and it has everything you really need. I got a great deal with their 1 year membership for $199 which includes all fees. I pay $19.99 per month for the child care for my 7 month old son while I work out, but it is worth it to me because it is almost impossible to work out at home with him needing my attention every 10 minutes. Whenever I check on him, he is always being taken care of and happy. They offer a variety of classes taught by experienced instructors as well.

I am very happy with everything. They keep the place very clean. They have very good equipment. They keep the place smelling good so it don't smell like body oder.
