Craig was punctual and persevered on a project to replace an old sprinkler system, with lots of hiccups along the way. Yet he continued to show integrity (e.g., show up when he said he would, called when he would be late, held to his quoted price, etc.), a quality not easily found much anymore in contractors. Pleased with the final product.
