I couldn't be happier with the work that Dan and his team provided. The bathroom remodels look absolutely amazing. My house was built in 1979 and the bathrooms reflected the era, after the remodels I couldn't believe that I was in the same house. I was originally undecided what I wanted in my remodel, Dan provided a lot of ideas and in the end I went with most of his suggestions. My deck had a few rotted out cross members (not sure if that is the correct term) and Dan came in and replaced them and left me with a sturdy deck. The Living room remodel also took my house out of the 70s into the 21st century. I plan on having Dan remodel my kitchen in the future. If you need a high quality remodel I would highly suggest giving Dan and team at D&D Custom Home Remodeling a call.

It was good, we have not had much experience with contractors. We felt that it could have been better organized there were delays in parts for the bathroom. though that is not necessarily the contractor's fault. The job they have done is GREAT! The detail and perfectionist quality of the work is outstanding, it does, however, seem like it takes longer than anticipated. Our bathroom is amazing, the finish work is better than any bathroom remodel we have seen. The roofing job was a dream. Overall we are very pleased with the job performed. We plan on using them for future projects.

It went well. Like any remodel it gets bigger and bigger as things progress. I liked Dan's team because they where able to see the finished product and kept that in the focus. They have a knowledge in all of the areas construction, and that really helps. The main thing that both my wife and I appreciated is that Dan really cares about the out come of the entire project. He treated our remodel like his baby. He was always thinking about the project and when a sub contractor had to come in to work on a piece he was watcing the work like a hawk making sure it was done right. We always receive comments on how good our trim work is in our kitchen from friends and even other trim work professionals!

Excellent levels of quality were maintained throughout the process, from initial meeting, design, demo, construction, cleanup, communication, reliability, price, speed, and trustworthiness.

Work was completed on time, within budget and with top quality results! I love my new bathroom

Very well. Dan is an expert at what he does, and is willing to share his considerable experience and valuable advice. The tile shower is beautiful and the basement perimeter drainage system has prevented flooding as designed; much better and fora fraction of the cost quoted by Peak Structural.

We were very pleased by the good communication at the start of the work. Dan took time to review the various options regarding the work that we wanted done, what the pros and cons were of the options and how much each of them would cost so that we could come to an agreement on everything before the work was started. He was also very patient and flexible when we changed our minds about certain details (e.g. the placement of the cabinets that were moved in the basement) and checked with us throughout each of the different processes to make sure that we were satisfied (example: when we purchased the home most of the windows in the house would not open, the spring controls were all old and mostly broken. In doing the repairs he had us test each window to make sure that we were satisfied with the exact tension that was set on the new spring controls to make sure it was ideal in each case.) We knew when we purchased the home that water damage had been a significant issue and were glad that he helped us identify ways to help prevent or minimize this issue in the future, on both the inside and outside of the house. The interior of the house had very minimal overhead lighting which is something we wanted. Instead of just installing the overhead lights, Dan identified that the wiring throughout was not up to current code, so he rewired throughout to bring it up to standard. There were a couple of repair issues that we wanted to take care of that were outside of what D&D does (fireplace and sprinklers), but although D&D could not do these repairs themselves, they gave us good referrals to other professionals in the area. On the whole, we feel that the work that D&D did for us has made our new home both safer and more comfortable and user friendly, and are very pleased with the results.

It was truly a PLEASURE to work with Dan and his team. I live right next door to the house i purchased so i had the opportunity to not only meet his team but also to see their work. Every where we turned during this remodel we found issues. Dan always found an answer that was cost effective yet never compromising quality. We had to redo the roofing, stucco, plumbing, sewer, electric, walls, flooring and fencing. The bathrooms and kitchen were all gutted and now they are simply amazing...and the new deck is the talk of the neighborhood! He provided GREAT pricing for upgraded products. Dan and his team added touches that i did NOT even ask for which made a significant difference in the finished product. D&D is all about quality work. One last point i would like to add that, for me is extremely important. Dan and his team are honest, hard working people. In my experience, i has been hard to find individuals and companies in this field that you can trust. I HIGHLY recommend D&D Custom Home Remodeling and am looking forward to the addition and remodeling they will be doing in my existing house.

D&D did a complete remodel of our master bed room and bathroom. They added a fantastic balcony with french doors , removed a wall from one room to another making one large room. They built custom walk in closets and beautiful hardwood flooring. They expanded our master bath and install the most awesome Travertine tile work from floor to ceiling. they made us a huge truly custom shower , installed a giant soaking tub , beautiful vanity and fantastic sunken lighting! The quality of the tile work was unbelievable. They hand chiseled the edges to give us the rough and rustic look we were after for our home. Dan also built us a custom stairwell leading up to our master suite. They mad the stairs hard wood and added a slate . rock front face to them. The work was top notch and we have looked at a lot of " parade of homes" tile work and nothing even comes close to ours. We are actually using them to remodel our middle floor of our home next ! Can't wait !

The work went very well. The contractor (Denny) worked with us to schedule around our out-of-town dates and the job was done timely (other than weather delays). His workers did a very professional job, taking extra care in some difficult areas. Cleanup was done well. We will definitely consider using them for other work.

These guys worked hard from start to finish. They were very thorough and cleaned up some work done poorly previously and made necessary repairs to make everything in code and up to their standard. They never do any less than their best work. They removed soffits in the bathroom, replaced corroded plumbing and did extra aesthetic work. It was truly a total transformation! They focus on customer service and are honest, fair and reliable. We have been burned by another contractor that took our money and didn't do any work. I trust these guys and if at all possible will use them for any other jobs we have in the future.

Daniel and his son did the work and they did an exceptional job. Their finished work can't be beat. They are going to be remodeling my kitchen and living room as well.
