Gold's Gym - Clifton

Gold's Gym and ndash; Clifton needs to improve their customer service. It's like every other health club. I don't have much other option with fitness center. If 24-hour fitness or something else came in, I'll probably be willing to look elsewhere.

They gave me a free week when I was signing up. I wasn't sure after a week so they gave me a free month. Then after a month if I didn't like it I did not have to continue with the contract. I was real surprised and have continued with it. It is open all times and I hear that it gets a little rougher after working hours but I haven't been there then so I don't really know. More loud. I have not used a personal trainer, they have offered but I've not been ready.

Very clean, even when busy they have plenty of equipment. Overall friendly staff!

I am impressed with them. The Gold's Gym at this location is pretty large for this type of thing. The equipment and everything works, I mean they are serviceable. It's a big plus that you can sit down and the machine is not ladling on you. They come across as pretty professional there. I had a good deal on the price. My husband and I signed up at the same time. His was $17 and mine was $15 for 3 years and we just put the money down. We paid it upfront. I don't know why his was $2 higher, that's just the way it worked out. Actually they are just really friendly and it is always clean, it's definitely clean. I have been to gyms that weren't so nice. The pool is clean. Their communication is pretty good. Ashley is really friendly. She is really good. She was the one who put my name down and she is the one that signed us up. She always greets me, there are a lot of people who go there and she seems to remember who I am.

I have the highest regard for them. They do a great job and it's clean and professionally run. Everything works. I've been to a lot of gyms and this is one of the nicest gyms I've been to. It's top notch. We go everyday and they have something for everybody. We can go with our grandkids and we can just drop them off at the day care at no extra charge. It is top notch.

I like their set up and equipment.
