I hired him to roto-till and grade the entire backyard so we can plant a garden. He wrote a contract for this initial project, which ended up changing and he never updated this contract. He wasn't prompt, and often didn't show up for several days. After a few days of not showing up, not returning my calls or voicemails, I called him and left a final message telling him that I would consider our contract complete.
A project that was suppose to last 4 days, has now taken 6 weeks. He finally called me, only to tell me that I still owe him money!
He did not give receipts, he asked me to pay in cash, which I did, and now he is claiming there's a discrepency.
