"Well it was good at 1st all party's professional , even know it was weeks past the day the shipping label was created I was still hopeful , but when I received my custom jeep grill , it was bent up in transit because it wasn't boxed up , just duck taped card board to it , very sharp on the edges also and wasn't close to fitting even with out the damage too it , ebay purchase so I started a return and said grill was Sharp as **** , damaged and wasn't gonna fit , well instantly they refused my return because I said **** , then went on to block me and report me to ebay . And threatened me with lawyers contacting my work place , my ebay purchase didn't have nothing to do with my work . They also told me free shipping so know box , then I left different reviews to warn other people of my experience with this company , so they posted up my personal information on Facebook and lied about everything , after being nice I did tell them what I thought about there product, shipping & service and I wasn't kind with the words I used but you don't threaten people's work that doesn't have nothing to do with a personal eBay purchase , so be warned and there are better companies out there that are cheaper priced also"

"We entered into a contractual relationship with this company and began to regret it almost immediately - Durango Fence and particularly the owner Tim Reinsch were completely unprofessional, inattentive to detail, unresponsive to phone calls and emails - sometimes for weeks at a time - and dishonest in their valuations - pulling the crappy contractor move of changing the quote after the deposit had been received. Had to take him to small claims court to recoup money that was owed us after terminating the contract (during which process Mr. Reinsch tried to play my wife and me against each other). He was unresponsive in emails, phone calls, and text messages and forced us to take him to court. I highly recommend you look ELSEWHERE and avoid dealing with such an unprofessional company."

Welding questions, answered by experts

No, beams are the primary load-bearers for flooring or roofing systems, and they distribute the weight of the structure to your foundational supports, while joists bear far less weight and distribute their loads to the beams. Beams are usually thicker and longer, and they have support posts or foundation walls beneath them for support.

A steel beam is stronger than a wood beam and requires fewer vertical supports underneath, which means it’s a better option for larger structures or if you want an open space under your home that doesn’t have posts as obstructions. However, steel I-beams cost more than wood ones, and they can be difficult to install retroactively, as getting them into the basement area can be challenging, if not impossible.

Professional metal fabricators usually charge around $70 per hour. Three of the largest cost factors are the size and complexity of the project and the price of materials. The type of metal can impact the cost as much as the intricacy of the metal fabrication you want done. Another cost factor is your geographic location, as labor and materials can vary widely depending on the cost of living where you live.

Using a steel frame may raise the value of your home. Steel is more heat resistant, has better longevity, and doesn’t need any upkeep compared to traditional wood. You can also customize a steel build a little easier than other materials like brick, concrete, and vinyl—which have trouble bending and adapting to renovations.

Yes, an LVL beam is more affordable than the cost of a steel I-beam, totaling between $50 and $200 per linear foot as opposed to the $100 to $400 per linear foot you’d pay for a steel I-beam. Not only is the wood material more affordable than steel, but it’s also more similar to traditional wooden beams and doesn’t require as much retrofitting to connect joists.
