Mountain High Contracts LLC
About us
Small mountain area forestry business, licensed in the State of Colorado and insured. Company has over 35 years of experience. Proposals specifying work to be done and estimate of cost are emailed to the customer after a customer site visit. Phone estimates for customer work, without a site visit, are not provided due to work & site variability. Hourly rates for specific services can be provided by phone. Proposal is emailed once the company has all needed information. It may take a week or more for the customer to receive the proposal based on the company's current work schedule. Owner and additional person do all site & office work together ensuring work is done to highest standards. Customer is required to sign & date the proposal and return it to company if contracting to have the work done. Requiring all parties to sign the proposal confirms that both the customer and the company are in agreement on the specific work to be done. Weather can be a factor in scheduling the actual work date. Company will adjust the scheduled work date, if notified in advance, that a scheduling conflict has arisen for the customer. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work or as specified in the proposal for larger projects. Company applies a discount for payment with cash at completion of work. Visa & MasterCard are accepted as a method of payment but discount does not apply when customer uses either a credit or debit card.
