Company did not respond to a few specific questions about their services and pricing through Angie's List message system.

I needed a quick repair for my tenants. Tony worked me into his busy schedule. When Tony arrived the garage door did not function. When he left, it worked great.

Technician arrived within 1/2 hour of calling and took care of all issues with garage door. Very pleasant.

They showed up on time and evaluated everything before they did the work and gave us a few options. It works good and they are competitive on the prices.

Did exactly what I asked him to do and what he said he would do. Price was as discussed on the phone. Reputation is excellent and know how is as well. Didn't try to sell me additional stuff. I'm not easily impressed, but was mildly so with how Tony conducts business.

From the very beginning, this was a pleasant experience. The initial phone call was handled politely and professionally. Tony was here within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and completed the work in just about an hour. The price was very reasonable and the work was done well.

Tony was a little late but not by much. He was very polite and fast. The garage door is working fine now. I received a 4 year warranty on the springs. I will definitely use these guys again. Other quotes I received for this work was $265, $195, and $190, all from other companies.

Overall good experience. Their cost seems to be competitive with other service providers listed on Angie's. Quality of work on springs appears to be good. The garage door would not close all the way to the floor after they completed their work and left, so I had to call them and they gave me instructions to make the adjustments myself. The process to make the adjustment so the door would close all the way was not complicated once you know how to do it. Made appointment for same day service, they arrived same day, but an hour late for the appointment after I had to call to determine if they were still planning to come. Once they arrived, the work was completed promptly. The service person, Tony, was very courteous and seemed to know his business.

The first time we called them, Tony had an availability the day we called. He was very prompt, quickly identified the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. The second time we called, Tony answered again and came back out the next day. He was running late, but called us to let us know he would be late. This was no problem, since it was at the end of the day. Again, he was very knowledgeable and polite. Since he had been out to our house 2 weeks prior, he did not charge us for the $15 new part we needed. He only charged us for the service, a flat $45 fee. He answered all of our questions.

Great service and responsiveness, and much better value than the other companies I called (who wanted to charge 2-3 times as much for the same job!. I would call this company first for a repair job.

Very professional and honest in approach to the problem, advised that all openers make noise and mine might need replacing sometime in the future. I have use this firm a couple of times over the last 15years and they are very good and the charges are very reasonable.

CHUCK WAS VERY PROMPT TO RESPOND AND DID GREAT WORK. WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE. WHILE HE WAS AT OUR HOUSE, THE NEIGHBORS CAME OVER AND HAD HIM DO SOME WORK ON THEIR GARAGE DOOR.

I LOVED THESE GUYS. THEY CAME OUT FAST, I WAS STUCK WITH MY GARAGE DOOR ON MY CAR! THEY WERE VERY POLITE, COURTEOUS, AND I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY FAIR.
