Worst experience ever. Hired them in 2016 and they talked about how good their work was and how they stand behind their work. From beginning to the end there were constant problems. Communication was poor and not done by professionals. On several Occasions the window installer showed up without calling and installed the wrong window twice. We sold our home and had to have a new window installed because the window installed was not to code. I called the company and they told me to take it up with the insurance company. They conveniently stated that they could not get in contact with the manufacturer or who installed the window. I filled with the BBB and the GM has shamed me for filing a complaint and refuses to reimburse me. Additionally, he literally says he does not trust me? Ummm... your company offered your services to me, I didn’t come looking for you. We have had nothing but problems with them and the has to reinstall another window that was the wrong size, and I had to file a complaint for that as well. Some how they feel they are the victim. Lastly our roof was only 2 years old and we had shingles blow off. Again, communication was terrible but they finally fixed it, even though they tried not to. My wife had to call them to Have them pull a permit. Please, take heed this business is not who they say they are. We have documentation and proof of these instances. They recently called my complaint erroneous and accused me of slander! They probably will not rectify this issue but I want everyone to be aware of this company’s business practices.
