In addition to a thorough check of the A/C system, a less restrictive filter type was suggested and major leaks in the return air ducts were identified and subsequently sealed. These items improved overall efficiency.

David the tech was awesome, he showed me what was wrong with the furnace (it wasn't the thermostat), fixed it and installed a new thermostat (because although the old one wasn't the issue, it was pretty rubbish) and explained to me how to do it if i ever want to change it for a smart thermostat. The price was fair, the service was impeccable. These guys are the best!

Professional, polite, HONEST, knowledgeable and transparent w work to be done w detailed competitive true cost legitimate first quote. No bundle price games, straight shooter from the beginning, no pressure and no up sell. Owner has deep roots in the community & cares about people. On top of rebates and discounts offered on qualified instances that they didn t even have to offer me. I can tell he prides his business practices on honesty and integrity. It s obvious the employees really like their boss very much & are there because they want to be there. The whole crew was respectful and professional from start to finish. Work completed in timeframe given. Simply ABOVE & BEYOND, which is rare. I will always use Busy Bee in the future.

Very professional, courteous and knowledgable. Worked on the weekend to help us resolve an A/C problem for very little cost. Answered all our questions but didn't push us to upgrade our old unit (that really only needed a repair). Really positive experience, I would recommend these guys to anyone.

These guys did a great job of installing a furnace, ac, and humidifier in a timely manner. Howard wasn’t too pushy like other businesses we contacted and we appreciated that. Everything got done within a week and they installed a nest thermostat to boot!

The furnace stopped working and contacted Busy Bee Heat & A/C through Home Advisor. I was called back within 10 minutes (about 4:45 PM on a friday). The Technician arrived 30 minutes early (6:30PM), fixed the problem within 30 minutes, charged a reasonable fee (no weekend or call out fee!). EXCELLENT SERVICE.

They replaced an expensive part in my furnace which did not correct the problem. When they returned for the third time they cleaned a sensor which did correct the problem, but it cost me $474 plus the $218 service fee.

"Hi Gwen, was unaware you?re still dissatisfied. We went back several times to fix an issue that wasn?t showing up when we were there, and ultimately replaced your board in addition for free. The manometer reading on your inducer was below spec which is why it was replaced initially and why the pressure switch kept opening. Diagnosing an intermittent board issue is difficult, especially if it?s working every time we show up. We replaced this part for free for the inconvenience so it?s unfortunate you still feel we deserve a 2 star rating. If there is something else we can do please let us know.
