When I arrived at the home that Scott was inspecting in which I plan to purchase, he answered all my questions and was very helpful in finding all of the water shut-off as well as gas shut-off. He was very thorough and found safety issues that needed to be addressed. He was very professional. The best compliment I could give Scott is that I would definitely hire him again to inspect any home I plan on purchasing in the future.

Very well. Scott took his time and was quite thorough. My real estate agent even commented on how Scott was the most thorough and thoughtful inspector he had ever come across. Scott not only completed our inspection, but even drive back down to Colorado Springs from Denver when the previous owner refused to pay for a gas leak because her gas man did not detect a leak. Scott drove back down and met them both and found the leak and it was fixed. Scott was even available when after we closed and moved in and we had questions about our water heater. When I mention this to my friends, their jaws drop. None of their home inspectors provided the level of service Scott did. I highly, highly recommend Scott for your home inspection. You won't be disappointed.
