Installation of a 15 kwh system went well in October 2021, but the results have been unreliable, requiring multiple service visits and repairs and very close monitoring by us to know when it no longer functions. Furthermore, significant reductions in their customer service department has left us with up to three months of no solar collection with this system, and I have been unsuccessful in getting any technical support or even a return phone call or email for weeks. Currently, our Solar Power Pros-installed system has been $40,000 spent in making our roof less attractive, as they have only been working for a week the past 3 months. Seems the business must be close to failing at this point, as even the managers can't be reached on phones on repeated attempts. I recommend looking elsewhere for your new system.
