It's always been good and consistent.

It went well. They were in and out in half hour

They fixed the main issues, but wasn't scheduled for enough time to add the leads to drip line. Next available appointment is over a month away. So when scheduling make sure you identify everything that needs to be done.

Installation went well. I requested relocation of lines in my vegetable garden after excavation was almost half done, and my request was readily accommodated at no additional charge. I continue to use Smitty's for annual start-up and shut-down.

I have used Smitty's several times in the past, they're always very customer oriented. When they make an appointment, they stick to it. The day before the appointment, they call and give you a 1 hr window. They are always well within that window, and do not leave until the job is complete. They were even able to fix a problem we didnt discover until the day they arrived.. they had the parts on hand and everything.
I will continue to use Smitty's in the future.. they even had a military discount!

They originally gave a 4 hour window for the appointment and called the day before to give a 1 hour window. They showed up with 10 minutes left in the 1 hour window. I was quoted $99/hr for the sprinkler turn on and it ended up that the exterior water pipe had cracked so they needed to solder a new one (which I was told was a "separate fee" from the $99/hr). Also needed a new gasket.They ended up not having the right key to turn on the water outside the house so we had to wait 20 minutes for their boss to show up with the right key. They were very apologetic, but it still took a long time. Once everything was turned on they were done in less than 10 minutes. All in all it cost about $300 and took about 90 minutes, both of which seemed a little extreme. I'd use them again cause they seemed to know what they were doing and fixed the burst pipe relatively quick.

Prompt and personable.

HOWEVER.........

They pulled up new shrub plantings.

I went into my basement and saw a large dark patch on the carpet - it was saturated. The crew left without mentioning that they had spilled water - I had to use multiple towels and run a heater overnight.

After they had completed the work, I found a hole in the siding by my entryway - they had drilled from my basement to the wrong place.

The dirt was and quot;re-gradedand quot; so my basement flooded when it rained.

I will use them for warranty purposes.

Tried to fix the valves by changing out a few key parts. Indicated that I needed to replace both valves. Charged me $99 for the hour they troubleshot, then indicated the replacement would be $300-350 and that they would apply the $99 towards it. Came back in approximately 4 days, replaced the valves and put in a new box (about 1.5 hours). Final bill was $225 ($325 - $99 applied). Reviewed the new valves with me and showed me that the pressure was back. Cleaned up nicely after themselves.

These guys were great! Came the same day called. They thought they were going to be a little late and called to let me know but made it in the time window quoted. Got the job done well . Very impressed I will be using them in the future.

The interaction has been very good. They are professional and know what they are doing.

They fit us in at the last minute in between appointments, and performed the repairs the same day. Excellent customer service.

Smitty's was very easy to work with and schedule.  They were able to fit me in sooner than quoted.  Tech was nice and worked fast.  The maintenance spread over a two-day period due to a missing part.  No worries; Smitty's reconciled the bill fairly.  Everything is fixed and running.  Thank you.

Technician called and was able to come earlier than scheduled time which was very opportune.  He was pleasant, listened and easily understood the problem.  He then porceeded to fix the problem (water pressure insufficient) in less than a half hour.  Also installed a new clock / timer box that is very easy to understand.
He also alerted us on how to schedule a winter shut down and how soon to get it on the company's schedule since they are booked well into the fall.
We couldn't be more satisfied with this company and find a security in knowing Smitty's is professional, pleasant and perfectly accomodating from the initial phone call to the finished job.

They do a really good job.  We don’t have to have them come back to fix it twice.  Their price is a little bit on the expensive side, but we know that it is getting done right.

Very professional.  Used a radio system to communicate between the guy in the house and the one in the yard.  When I first called they gave me a time window of four hours and said they would call the day before to narrow the time.  They called the day before and gave me a one-hour window and showed up ten minutes into the hour.  Very pleasant, very knowledgeable.  They inspected my system, found a couple of things that needed fixing but encouraged me to wait until spring because I wouldn't be using the system. Before they left they walked me through how to monitor my system to be sure there wasn't a leak.  Very helpful.  I will definitely call them in the spring to make the repairs.

The new heads work great. I was impressed with the technician's professionalism. He didn't just solve my lawn's sprinkler coverage problem, but he took time to explain the options. I used Smitty's a second time a few weeks later for the sprinkler blowout. I am very satisfied and will continue to use Smitty's.

They were great and did a great job. They did everything they needed to do and didn't waste any time. They diagnosed it right away and fixed it. They seemed like they knew what they were doing. My husband asked them about a situation we have with another house and they were very helpful. They came when they said they would. They were very professional.

I was able to make an appointment during my first phone call to Smitty's. They arrived as scheduled and conducted the work. The price seemed high, but the fact that I could schedule service in one call and the service was delivered as planned were valuable to me.
