I asked them on the phone to come fill entry points/put out mouse traps. They said it would be $500 plus a subscription. I thought “steep but worth it if we have mice.” They ended up telling me my kids were gonna die of cancer if I didn’t get my attic insulation replaced in spite of the fact that they only showed me one photo of a tiny mouse poop up there as “evidence” that mice were nesting up there. They also said I had to replace my basement insulation or else the mice would wanna come back in because of phermones? “Sign now! We are doubling prices tomorrow!!!!” 9 thousand dollars later, not a single mouse trap set or entry point filled… had time to do the research and realize none of the insulation replacements were necessary or useful. Ended calling asking for a refund and was denied. They sent someone who set some traps but man did I get shook down by these people. I’m going to be writing an article for the Longmont newspaper about it. Truly a bad experience

Please do not use them. They lock you in a contract and make it impossible to cancel. Once you've fulfilled your services they still send people to your house and charge you for services you didn't ask for. Better Business Bureau has given them a 1-star rating and there is nothing positive about them or their business practices. BE AWARE -- not an honest company at all.

Especially with the BBB, whom we have worked with for over 10 years. Our A rating and Accreditation demonstrates our commitment to delivering high customer service and addressing negative experiences as they arise. You mention concerns about having fulfilled the required number of services and our cancellation process being difficult, as well as still having pest activity. Reviewing the agreement signed on February 20, 2023, it states: "The minimum purchase obligation for this Agreement is 9 Services (paid)." The Early Termination Fee on the agreement states: "If, for any reason, the Agreement is cancelled before the minimum purchase obligation is completed, You agree to pay 50% of the value of remaining paid services at the time of cancellation." I went through and found that we performed paid services on: 2/20/2023, 3/20/2023, 6/15/2023, 9/22/2023, 12/01/2023, 2/12/2024 and 5/17/2024. This is a total of 7 paid services, leaving 2 left. We have also done 8 free services. We are proud to offer free services when needed! As for the service on 8/13/2024, I confirmed that marking it as completed was an accident on our part! I apologize for the confusion that caused. We always want to ensure we are providing accurate information about services. It looks like we were able to talk to you and remove that balance entirely. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company is willing to have a field manager come out to complete the full service for you and the balance will remain waived, so it will be free of charge. I will leave notes on your account so that when you contact us, the next person knows to get this scheduled for you. Also, thank you for the positive reviews regarding two of your previous services! Service that was performed was fine and did seem to help the pests (in particular spiders) that were present in our basement. Everyone we spoke with was professional. My particular issue resulting in a lower rating is we moved and needed to cancel the service. The cost to cancel is very high- 50% of the cost. We had two services left and they would not decrease the charge at all despite cancelling meaning they are not coming back to perform anymore spraying. I would not recommend signing up for this if there is any chance you would need to cancel.

They are easy to work with, come back if necessary to re-spray, FREE, punctual, pleasant, asks questions about what kind of bugs, where to spray, etc.

Showed up the same day, the two people were pleasant and professional. Service contract of 2 years and included many extra pest control/prevention that I appreciated (dewebbing, bee/wasp nest removal and prevention, ant and spider prevention, etc.). Follow-up on service was a nice touch. I would highly recommend to others.

The tech arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. When I scheduled the service I was told it could take 2 hrs. The tech was finished in about 30 mins. I was skeptical if the spraying was going to be effective given he was done so quickly. I am pleased to say I haven't seen spiders around the doors or on the brick since. Very pleased with the company and results.

The administrative side of the business is very efficient and organized. Phone calls are handled very effectively and always very friendly. I like the system of communication so I know when tech is arriving. Tech also calls when they will be arriving within an hour. Spray inside does not smell and is effective. Techs always put on booties and are respectful of my home and they are also nice to talk to. I am on contract and Edge holds up their end very well.

Very well, technician called 30 min prior to coming to my home, he was pleasant, he explained what he could do after him over seeing where the problem is and then he did his work efficiently, he was pleasant, professional, done in a timely fashion, informed me of what to do in the near future as far as contacts to the company, he explained the process of future visits to continue to complete the work until I am satisfied.
