Arrived as planned. Completed project In one day. Cleaned up after themselves. Had a couple issues which were promptly resolved. Very friendly and respectful . Great people to work with. Would definitely recommend.

RoofTek really impressed me. In the days of contractors skimping on quality and generally not being reliable RoofTek was a welcome surprise. They came when promised and did fast quality work. They helped solved a design flaw in our roof and coordinated with subcontractors so I didn't have to worry about. Even punch list items were handled quickly and fairly. Overall a great contracting experience.

Very prompt and efficient. They removed my old shake shingles, put new sheeting on the house and new asphalt shingles in one day . Needed to finish up just a little flashing on a different day due to lack of materials. In all I was pleased with the work.

Great communication on my roof project and did not try to oversell product to increase pricing pricing. The crew was polite (no loud music, emradios etc) and professional. They did their work efficiently and I especially appreciate the efforts to protect my yard and the clean up after. I did not find a single bit of leftover trash.

They were affordable and came in under other roofing bids, but still provided me with quality material. We walked through the project, in person, before we started, during the project at the end, and a couple weeks later after the gutters had been installed. Climbed on the hot roof with our project manager, Brian, and he showed me all the features we discuss pre-project and showed me how and where it was all installed. Super professional and amazing people to work with. Their crew was respectful of my property and did the entire project in a single day, tear off of two layers shingles and 17 sheets of replaced wood, and full install. Good thing because it rained so hard the next day. I strongly recommend RoofTek.

Rooftek did a great job. They came early in the morning and had the complete new roof done by noon. That included a complete clean up. Our new roof looks great.

They lie on their website. We had nothing but problems with them. First of all, they misrepresented themselves saying they did all the work and did not tell us they subcontracted their jobs out. The project manager was only on-site for maybe 10 minutes for the whole job and there were many mistakes made and if my husband would not have crawled into the attic we would not have noticed the corners that were cut and garbage that they left behind in the attic. Not to mention the roof leaked when it rained. When he reached out to the project manager it took him over a week to respond to our problems. Then it took a while before they came out to fix it and my husband climbed up on the roof with them to make sure that they did it correctly (which should have been the project managers job, but again he was nowhere to be found)! They do not care about their customers, communicate with them, or listen to them! They cannot even communicate or coordinate with their own people or subcontractors. This was nothing but a nightmare full of stress and headaches!! I would never recommend them to anyone!!

The work was great, but I expected them to use the best of everything (from their initial pitch) including 3/4 inch plywood on the re-roof but instead used the thinnest allowed, it also was not really plywood, but oriental strand board or pressboard which comes in 5/8th thickness. Since I am paying the bill, there were certain things I wanted, they were reluctant to do them, but in the end, did them anyway. They do good work, I just expected a little more!

This company is amazing, we had a complete roof replacement done. We had a quote for 2 layers of shingle and complete tear off. When the crew started removing the existing layers they found a 3rd layer of wood shingles underneath the existing asphalt, our project manager Joel was upfront about the additional cost and layer. Our project took 2 days to complete. On the 1st day the crew showed up around 6:30am and worked almost until 8pm and did a fantastic job. At the end of both days I received a set of timeline photos of the project, which was nice to see all the hard work the crew put in. They exceeded my expectations and some. I would highly recommend this company for the quality work and the time that was needed to complete this job.

The rooftek crew was so easy to work with. The process overall was very fast and they were anyways easy to connect with.. They took down our solar panels and put them back up after the install. Our new roof looks absolutely stunning with the gable wraps! I would highly recommend Rooftek for anyone needing a repair or replacement.
