Ray, Ryan and their subcontractors did an amazing job on my full kitchen remodel. I had them knock out two walls to completely open the floorplan. The electrical was cleaned up, and we added a sub panel. They adjusted the size of two exterior windows and had masonry work done to match the existing brick. They tidied up every day! Everything was completed as planned even permits (a total miracle). I absolutely love my kitchen and would hire them again for any job.

Amazing!!! There are no words that can express how truly grateful we are for RHJ!! Not only is their work and professionalism superb, honest, on point, on budget and on time, they as people are trustworthy, kind, reliable, helpful, deeply knowledgeable and are considered amongst our friends! They are truly lovely, easy to work with, communicative, earnest, and I would recommend them for any work!

No work performed nor would we ever allow this rip-off artist to work for us. His pricing Is ridiculous and we want others to beware of this.
Description of Work: Quote provided. We obtained 3 quotes for a simple finished basement job.. No bath. No bedroom. Under 1000 sq.ft. we only wanted a rec room a small gym area with closet and large pantry area. All bids came in under $33k by reputable, licensed companies. His bid was OVER $84.5k for this small job. BUYER BE WARE!!!

Please be aware that the estimate provided to the clients was a courtesy, with the customer verbally conveying their wants. No drawings or specifications were ever provided and it is very likely the bids described were not even for the same work. We have General Contracted in Colorado for 30+ years and priced projects according to the information clients provide. This client flips homes and is aware that without drawings and specifications no two builders could possibly be bidding the same project. They are used to using bullying tactics and prey on builders that are desperate for work to get what they want. We are only sorry that we took time to produce this preliminary pre drawing bid, to give the client information on their wants list they provided us. To the consumer out there, it is important to have your ideas and plans in order to make your project and communication clear. Always make a plan and communicate your job specs in writing. Sorry for this inconvenience.
