I choose Radon Seal from several highly rated providers based on my phone conversations with Brett and the proximity of the company to my home. I used an off the shelf radon test and found the levels in my basement were above 20 pCi/L, well above the recommended maximum level of 4 pCi/L. I talked with Brett and asked him to perform a test to verify my results, but he recommended that I put that money towards mitigation because the off the shelf tests are fairly accurate and my test results were similar to those he had seen in other homes in the neighborhood. After installing the fan to maintain a vacuum below the basement floor slab he retested the radon level and it was below 2 pCi/L. Brett was great to deal with and was very conscientious about the way his work looked. I appreciate his honesty and saving me money by recommending that I not have him retest the redon levels before installing the mitigation system.

I seem to always have problems with contractors, but Brett was by far the most professional, knowledgeable, prompt and nicest contractors I've ever worked with! We knew we had a high radon level and called Brett for a quote, along with 5 other companies. Brett returned our call within an hour and set up a time the next day to come look at our property. He showed up precisely the next day to give us a quote, and spent an hour explaining to us exactly what he would do. The quote was competitive, and we decided to use his services. He put us on his calendar for the next week, and again showed up on time. He worked extremely hard and our job was quite difficult since we also had to have our crawl space lined in additon to the installation of the radon system, but Brett did a great job, left our basement cleaner than it was when he arrived, and actually charged us a bit less than he quoted. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needed radon testing and/or mitigation!

I never got the quote. I sent several emails and called and left messages. When I did talk with him, he said he thought he had sent the quote but would resend when he got home that evening. Again, nothing was received. I wasted several weeks trying to get him to respond. That never happened so I contacted another company and they got the job and got it done. I would not recommend him and suggest that others not waste their time like I did. He apparently is a one-man and that's fine, but he just did not seem able to even respond let alone get the job done.

Brett did a great job and came up with an effective and innovative solution to our excessive radon gas readings. My only (slightly) negative comment is that when he had to reschedule an appointment due to his vehicle repair issue (it happens), I had difficulty trying to contact him to set up a new date. He did not return my calls or emails for several days, and to me reliable communication is as much a part of the job as the quality of the materials or workmanship. Also, he did not bury the underground wiring conduit deep enough, barely below the surface instead of several inches deep. That said, he is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to explain what and how he planned to perform his service. I would recommend him for this type of work.

iA+++ company. We are selling our house and needed to have a radon mitigation system installed since our levels were over the recommended level. Brett was referred to us by our realtor, and he was extremely professional, reliable, and very reasonably priced! We received quotes from 4 different businesses, but Brett was the only one who took the time to really explain to us the mitigation process and its effects. Brett was able to come over and give us an estimate the same day we called him. Then we received an emailed written estimate from him that evening that was very thorough. Radon Seal is a gold star member of the Better Business Bureau, and I see why! Brett was willing to match anyone else's price, he is licensed and insured, and he offers a lifetime warrany guaranteeing that the Radon level will stay below the EPA recommended number of 2.9Pcl. When we hired him, he got us on his schedule immediately, showed up on time, and worked quickly and diligently. He even vacummed my staircase and left the space cleaner than when he arrived! I would highly recommend Radon Seal to anyone looking for Radon Mitigation in Colorado!

Brett was extremely responsive and easy to work with at all points in the installation and testing of the radon mitigation system. I would absolutely recommend Brett to anyone who needs a radon mitigation system installed.
