Our 3-week renovation job that was NOT completed. Work was scheduled to start on about 5 July 2014, but started over two weeks late. As of October 10, 2014 the work was still far from completion. All work (concrete porch, concrete steps and stucco work) that was accomplished needs to be demolished to perform the work again per a construction defect expert. The concrete holds water and the stucco was applied improperly. Our once functional home is now a safety hazard.
BEWARE! Our experience with 5280 OUTDOOR DESIGNS, LLC (AKA OASIS DECK and SHADE) and JUSTIN T. LAMBRECHT has resulted in litigation to recover $26,000.00 in damages they brought to our Denver home. 5280 OUTDOOR DESIGNS, LLC fictitious name Registered Agent is SHERYL J LAMBRECHT. Check the public court records to find other information before making a decision to do business with them.
We were forced to take legal action because the contractor, JUSTIN T. LAMBRECHT, stopped communicating and stopped performing the work. He would not make amends. He did not answer the Notice of Claim given pursuant to CRS 13-20-803.5 to resolve this, but, instead, rejected the certified mail delivery. JUSTIN T. LAMBRECHT was served a summons to respond to our complaints in Colorado U.S. District Court, but failed to respond by law. JUSTIN T. LAMBRECHT and 5280 OUTDOOR DESIGNS, LLC took our money, destroyed the front of our home and abandon the work.
They also operated under OASIS DECK and SHADE which has many negative reviews on the Denver BBB and Angie’s List, and others.
"This is not even a customer of ours. We have no record of this person ever purchasing products or services from us."
