The company should not said they can fix all chair lift, only the was they sell, this person did not know anything about another company chair lift, but when you call them they said they fix all make of chair lift, false adverting. But you still had to paid them for coming out, and they did not even fix the chair.

Initial visit with tech was very through. Told them problem and checked it out. Told me what needed to be done, I agreed, sent in for parts, set up return repair date, installed parts and had a technical problem because lift was 9 years old, studied the problem and then came back with solution and returned lift chairs(have 2) to good running order. Both techs were professional and polite and I would call them again if I had a need for more repairs. Job excellently done.

Let them do their work they are incredible and install Stannah Stair Lifts which are made in England they do a great job. Quality product, easy company to work with, installer was excellent. Very happy overall.

We were not told before the repairman came out that in order to work on the lift, we would need to buy a $485 service contract before the lift would could be fixed. we were charged $238 for the call and the lift was not fixed.

The service person, Jake, was a very polite, nice and caring young man who took the time to explain the next steps in my repair. He wore a face mask and gloves, which I appreciated because of Covid19. I look forward to them getting the parts to complete the repair on my stairlifts.
