Project was completed quickly and looks great. Got multiple estimates and MarbleGranite Direct was easily the best value for the money.

it was weeks after it was ordered and we where told only 2 weeks. the counter seems are very noticeable. one over hanging on the counter is 1in and on the other end the overhang is 1/4in not happy with the results. It should have been properly measured and it was not

Redoing my kitchen was stressful but out of all the contractors I had, Carole and Ginger were the best. I worked mainly with Carole who did a wonderful job of explaining the process and directing me toward wholesalers to go look at granite. Once I had selected the granite I wanted, Carole priced my slabs at multiple wholesale dealers to get me the best price. Carole also gave me some great advice about my sink and I ended up with a Blanco, which I absolutely love. Carlos, Carole’s fabricator, was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came out to measure, helping me select edges that were child friendly, and suggesting an additional small area by the sink, which turned out beautifully. He also made sure to cut the pieces so there was only a small seam in one place and I never notice it. I also worked with Carlos on what colors in my granite I wanted in particular areas and he did a wonderful job cutting the slabs. The countertops are fabulous. I would absolutely recommend Marble Granite Direct if you are looking to get granite countertops! You can trust them to give you a good price, give great advice, and do a professional job.

Installation took 6 hours, but we also had a 100 sq ft on countertop installed. Carlos and Elias were a pleasure to work with. The initial 2 week for template, and 3-5 business days for install, actually took 6 weeks for the countertop to be laid. Granted the summertime is the busiest time for remodels, but being upfront about the timeframe, would have granted a higher rating. Overall we are very pleased with the finished product.

The two men that installed the countertops were the best! They even fixed a separate problem we had that was not their responsibility to fix! They were a pleasure to have in our home. Our biggest complaint would be that the woman that the coordinator could never give us an appointment or time/date that they were goIng to do the measure or the install. We just had to wait for them to call us weeks later. This made it really hard to schedule any other services(plumbing, electric..ect). We had to call them multiple times to find out when they were going to be able to come. A pain. Everyone is extremely nice and the customer service is wonderful. They just need a better system. Also, they were 3 hours late for the install without so much as a quick call to let us know they were running late. Very frustrating when you have children and are trying to plan your day. As I said, the gentleman that did the install were fantastic and our countertops look perfect!. I just think that they need to work out some kinks in their operation

The showroom and the finished product are fantastic! The installation/technical folks Carlos and Elias went way above and beyond the normal customer service experience and really did an awesome job. The sales team helped us through along the entire process.

Marble Granite Direct's price was lower than Home Depot, they included edging options at no additional charge, they had a fantastic warehouse where we could pick the granite ourselves, and they were just stellar. When they did the installation and advised us on a sink to make sure it was quality enough for the granite countertops was spectacular in every way. They answered all our questions.

We had a FABULOUS experience with this company. Their estimate was almost exactly on. They worked with us to pick out our granite and then the workers that came to install it were PHENOMENAL as well. They really cared that we were pleased with the job in the end and we are!
