These are our core values at Jack the Roofer. Our experience dates back to 1996 when our owner, Jack Cottrell, started working as an installer for a big-name roofing company. He worked in every department of the company including sales, customer service, quality control and project management. That?s when he knew he wanted to start his own company. He didn?t want roof replacement or an insurance claim to be a difficult process.
