 + -1 moreTom answered his phone right away, and we were scheduled for the next morning. He came out, looked at my systems, and determined that nothing was wrong. He then took time to explain to me what his recommendations for ongoing maintenance and even helped me straighten out the filters in my whole house air filter. All this and he refused to charge me for the visit, I will definitely rely on him for all my future HVAC needs.
Description of Work: My furnace was making noises, and I needed someone to come out and check it.
