The customer service of this company is exceptional. I called them yesterday and they were able to schedule an appointment the next day. Tyler was professional and friendly, and was able to explain services, problems, and costs, in an easy way for customers to understand. I would highly recommend this company for your electrical service needs!

Itâ s almost unheard of to receive the kind of prompt, professional service endemic to Genesis 1:3 Electric. I hired them for repairs on residential wiring and fixtures. The service was so prompt I was in a rush to accommodate them! How rare is that these days? The communication toward me was stellar, including check-ins, ETAs, even the responding electricians personal bio via text! As I said, unheard of. Their pricing is quite fair considering the state of our economy, and I personally wouldnâ t balk at paying a little higher after the service I received. This is, by the way, the second time Iâ ve hired Genesis 1:3 - last time (three years ago) they did custom wiring and lighting on a basement remodel and the service, professionalism and quality was exactly what I experienced this last go-around. These guys are a breath of fresh air in a world of fickle tradesmen who canâ t answer their phone but are happy to take your money. Iâ d recommend Genesis 1:3 without any reservation whatsoever.

Worked with Taylor on this quick repair job and he was absolutely fantastic. Was able to quickly diagnose the issue, repair it cleanly, and made the entire process seamless and efficient. Would absolutely work with him again.

Very professional team! The two gentlemen who came to install the fans (Chris and Chris) were hard workers who did not let a few road blocks slow them down! They were able to quickly suggest modifications during our installation that worked beautifully. Very happy with the job!!

Two lessons learned were that the lowest bid is not always the best and it's not how you start a job but how you finish it. Dylan came out to look at what we wanted done, even climbed up in the attic to look at things, sat down with me and reviewed their bid. Based on that I chose Genesis to do our job, although they weren't the lowest. They did a great job and finished it up it good shape. If I ever need any more electrical work I will call them and no one else

Ethan came out on time and was able to troubleshoot a short in an outlet causing the GFI to continually trip in our garage. He was very patient tracking down the issue and was very courteous and friendly. Excellent service at a very reasonable price, I would hire them again.
