They were the most competitive from price standpoint. Able to get the work done in a timely fashion. Did a good job. We are very responsive, available and accommodating during the project. Cleaned up very well afterwards. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Did a great job painting the interior of our house and patching holes along with scrapping the popcorn ceilings. Only took the crew 2 days! I'd hire them again for sure!

Roger Tanita quoted the job and made promises about what work would be included in the cost. The work promised was not done- repairs were not made,loose nails were not hammered in - in general a bad prep job. I had to contact the job foreman, Robby, who I actually never met in person, several times to get the repairs done that were promised but not done. Instead of coming back to complete the job right away, I had to wait several weeks and place several calls/emails to get it done. It was not done perfectly, but it was eventually done. Neither Robby nor Roger followed up to confirm that the repairs had been made. I feel like they did not even care. The crew doing the repairs also did a poor clean up job, leaving bits of siding and wood in my lawn. I am very disappointed with the job Five Star Painting did for me and would not recommend this company.

Your comments were reviewed by our staff including Rob, our project manager and Roger. It is our understanding that when the original service was completed (May 20) a final walk was conducted. This is part of our process in order to go over touch-ups or any areas that may have been missed. The wood repair was brought to Rob's attention after the job was completed. As this was not on the original work order it was not completed during the project. The repairs were scheduled"

Although the painting job itself was done very well we had an issue with one of the workers leaving an oil stain on our brand new driveway. Nobody said anything about it when I pointed it out to the owner he very nicely apologized and said that they would take care of it and in trying to take care of it they broke our garden hose which again no one said anything about. When again I pointed this out to the owner he assured us that he would take care of it and he would replace the hose. They've made two attempts to remove the oil stain with no success and we still have no garden hose.

Not sensitive to protecting plants on the property, such as placing the ladder on top of flowers instead of paved areas over night. Painted over things that should not have been painted over, such as light sensors for landscape lighting and crawl space vents. Most of their work was done well but there were small annoying things done that lessened the overall experience. Nails left on the driveway was a multi-day annoyance, for example. Overall satisfied with the work.

I was nervous because this was the first time I’ve hired any type of contractor. But Rebecca who did the estimate and Carrie in the office answered a million questions with unending patience. I had just purchased a new home and the previous owners had a sloppy DIY paint job with very dated colors. Juan and Kenneth got the job done in just a few days with beautiful work and crisp lines. It’s a completely different house now and just what I pictured. I could not be happier with their work.

No one is perfect. When we did our 'walk around' after painting was completed, we pointed out a few places that we wanted to be touched up. The touch ups were done without any complaint, and we are very happy with the finished product. Yes, we would recommend Five Star Painting.

Bid was the best of 3. Willing to use higher grade paint at my request with very small price change. Showed up on time. Finished on schedule. Quality of work was excellent. Project coordinator was excellent. Highly recommend using Five Star.

Juan, Pedro and Mario were awesome to work with. They were professional, respectful and had great attitudes. They were hard working. I really appreciated that they let me know when they had arrived each morning and when they were leaving at the end of the day. I would definitely highly recommend this crew! Juan especially was very detail oriented and did a fantastic job with touch ups!
