Zach helped us with a remodel of our house. He stayed late and put in extra time to make sure we were both happy and safe after some unforseen issues arose in the process. He and his team were kind and courteous while in our home. He would even take time to explain what he was doing to our is so curious son.

Zach performed a structural inspection on a wall we wanted to remove in our house. He was very responsive. He answered our phone calls, quickly scheduled the inspection, and showed up on time. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took time to answer all our questions. He provided the engineering letter with his stamp within a couple of days after the inspection. He was honest and friendly. I would work with him again.

Zach was quick to respond and delivered what we needed on time. I would certainly use FELZ in the future should we need structural engineering.

Zach with FELZ was great! We were thinking of adding an exterior door to an existing wall. He spent a lot of time finding out exactly what we were wanting, explained the challenges and solutions, and sent the most thorough quote I've ever had. He also assessed the structure of an existing, elevated deck and was able to guide us on needed improvements to improve the structural integrity and safety of the deck. His prices were very reasonable, I will definitely use him again.

Great job in fixing the garage outer wall from beginning to end including an adjustment to the garage door, painted the damage area and clean up. I would use Zach again.
