They did what they said they would do and more. They made a fair amount of carpenter repairs before painting and did a great job at keeping our costs to minimum. Very nice to work with! They kept us informed and on-time. Any suggestions made were dealt with immediately and our satisfaction was upmost important to them. I would use them again and will refer them to my friends! Looks like a new house!

Fausto was prompt in providing a quote and explaining how the process would work for painting our entire house exterior. He made sure we had ample opportunity to review colors and provided renderings of what the completed job would look like. Fausto was extremely accommodating when I had to reschedule the painting multiple times due to delays with other contractors. I am so happy with the way our exterior turned out. The painting crew led by Junior was professional, quick and had great attention to detail. Fausto and his team were great to work with and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the way the job turned out.

Fausto and his team at EmeraldPro are fantastic. I hired this company last week to paint my house after the previous contractors nearly destroyed the home. They were timely; went out of their way to accommodate our needs to get the project done in a short amount of time; and Fausto was extremely professional. He explained everything about the project and how they operate. They got the colors correct and they finished the job early. The price was reasonable. But most importantly, the home looks fantastic. I will never use another company for paint needs and without reservation I highly recommend Fausto and EmeraldPro.

EmeraldPro was excellent. Beyond the superb quality of the pint job, the professionalism and service was fantastic. The team worked with us as we figured out which rooms we wanted to paint. We changed our minds a few times but Fausto, Joe and crew helped us the entire way. They were patient and extremely helpful. They also provided a detailed estimate with photos which allowed us all to be on the same page. No guess work. They were on time everyday and completed the job when promised. The painters were cafeteria with our furniture and carpets and they were extremely polite and hardworking. I will definitely use them again.

They were great from start to finish. They were able to start within the same week I contacted them. They showed up when they said they would and finished when they said they would. They accomplished in 1.5 days what would have taken me weeks. The quality of their work was perfect. They were super clean (no big mess for me when they left!). The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did - it actually cost less than I was anticipating. Very good communicators and they will return your phone calls! My only regret is that I didn't get my interior painted sooner.

Fausto, Eduardo and team recently painted the whole interior of my house and did a wonderful job! They were able to start the job very quickly after I closed on the house and stayed in contact with me to let me know how things were progressing. They are very professional and will go the extra mile to ensure you are please with the job they do. They answered all my questions and gave their expert opinions without trying to push me in one direction or another which was greatly appreciated. EmeraldPro Painting was a great company to work with on our new move here in Nashville. They were reliable, on time and Fausto was knowledgable about all things painting. Fausto even took the time to walk me through my new home to go over improvements and offer advice on things beyond painting. Their quote was broken down room by room, wall by wall with pictures and there were no surprises at the end. The people who came to paint were respectful of our space and very communicative about things I may or may not want. Fausto and his team did a beautiful job painting my great room, foyer, and adjacent hallways. Most of these walls were twenty feet high, but Eduardo, Merced s, and Minor were undaunted by the task.
