I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Brewster (owner Elevation Electric), a licensed electrician, to install a Level 2 electric vehicle charger at my home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, Joe’s professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the installation process, recommend the best charger for my EV, and ensure everything met local codes and safety standards. He arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The attention to detail was impeccable—every wire was neatly installed, and the charger was perfectly positioned for convenience. What truly stood out was Joe’s commitment to customer satisfaction. He patiently answered all my questions, offered tips on optimizing my EV charging setup, and even followed up after the installation.

Joe showed up on time, did a great job, was super friendly and informative. Out of the six quotes I received for this project, his was the most reasonable and he was the only one who suggested a much easier way to complete my install compared to the other electricians who quoted my project. His quote was the best, but more than that Joeâ s customer service was way beyond anyone else. He communicated is a timely manner and showed up when promised. His work ethic is second to none. Even the inspector was impressed!

I chose Elevation Electric to install an outlet in our garage for our new Nissan Leaf because he was the ONLY installer recommended on both the Xcel Energy site and here. I heartily agree. Our new outlet is in a great spot and works perfectly. Joe worked quickly, had to drill through brick walls and cleaned up the mess. He was forced to cancel our initial appointment due to complications on the job before ours. So what did he do? He rescheduled for a Saturday because he hated to have inconvenienced us with the cancellation and he was already booked for the next week. Nice guy, good work!

Project was to replace an obsolete Sylvania circuit breaker panel with a newer, safer panel. Joe of Elevation Electric came and evaluated the project, then emailed me a written estimate. We scheduled the replacement; he found the main shutoff for the unit (in a condominium complex) and replaced it. The work was first-rate and prompt; the cost was less than I was expecting to pay, given the information I had from other sources on costs. He patiently answered my questions as he went along. Would definitely recommend him highly.

Joe and team did a great job installing our whole home generator. Very professional and completed the job ahead of schedule. Highly recommended!

Joe and his team are first class. We installed a 240v Plug for our Hybrid electric car. Joe quickly identified during the quote that we did not have enough space on our electrical panel. Something another electrician had also noticed. The crucial difference was Joe was able to come up with a solution that halved the other electrician's quote, all above board, just very smart. The quote was very competitive and I appreciate the honesty when other quotes came in at double the price. Joe also pulled permits and was clinical and efficient in his delivery when installing the plug, I hardly noticed the team were there.
