Dynamic Roofing and Construction

Poorly, from beginning to end. I was told my roof had extensive hail damage and needed replacement. When my insurance company came to verify this and meet with the Dynamic rep, I was told there wasn't damage that required replacement but that repairs were needed. Dynamic was not responsive to setting up repair and didn't return phone calls time and time again. Three weeks later we had a good rainfall and the roof leaked into my master bedroom. Dynamic said they'd have someone out that day to tarp my roof until repairs could be made. No one came, no one called me back. Same thing happened over the next two days. Finally someone came and taped the roof. No one set up repairs, though I tried, and I even called and asked that the owner call me back. He never did. My roof leaked again into the master bedroom despite the tarp. I hired another company to replace the roof and they were wonderful in every way. Dynamic is a disaster.

Overall it went very well.  The consultant handled everything from the inspections to following up after completion.  The overall job only took two days.  They are still helping with other hail damage related repairs.
