The pre-project explanations and advising were super helpful and very responsive to our situation and information needs. The installation itself was timely and efficient. The aesthetic outcome is excellent, as advertised. The final walk-through with the project manager answered out last minute questions and clarification needs. In summary, the two most salient attributes of this project were: 1) the knowledge and responsiveness of the management staff, and 2) the timeliness and efficiency of the actual installation.

They do quality work, but if you are using insurance money do not use them! They will not give you an itemized product list which your insurance company will require to pay out your recoverable deductible. We missed out on $6,000 because they would not give us this documentation. Once they had their money for the project they were impossible to get ahold of.

It has been over a month since I gave them a large deposit, and they still have done nothing about my leak, much less re-roofed my house.

Roof installation was quick, roof looks good. Deducted one star, because gutter heater wires and cable TV wires removed with the old roof were not replaced correctly. Management had a crew install the wires correctly within a very few days.

Excellent work, professional quality and wonderful customer service. I was amazed at how quickly the were able to knock out the entire project (only a few days and they were in, out, and done). Left a clean work site behind them. Only small complaint is that their initial estimate did not necessarily feel like they started with their best price and required a little bit of back-and-forth negotiation to get to their true best price, but at the end of the day I am happy with the value I got and would absolutely hire them again.

For the final product that we got, it was not worth it. The bathtub looked nice and was a little deeper like we wanted. The technician that came out was courteous. The problem is the quality of the tub. The soap holder was glued onto the plastic wall with tar and falls off regularly. The faucet is very flimsy and feels like it will snap off if too much downward pressure is applied. To make matters worse, dealing with corporate was a nightmare and they did not catch us paying off everything so we got charged extra in the end and almost got a credit hit because they did not communicate with us. Do not use dabella, use someone else.

Tyler was extremely friendly and professional. Also I could tell Tyler really enjoys his job and was in constant communication with me and efficient and through with all my questions. I’m extremely impressed with the quality of the windows and cannot wait to get them installed. I would certainly recommend DaBella and having Tyler take care of your exterior needs!

I love the color of the siding. The workers donâ t goof off and work very hard. I am having a great experience with my installation, and i canâ t wait to see it get finished. They had to do additional work and they made sure to let me know and complete it before asking for additional payment. i would recommend DaBella to everybody.

The initial sales pitch was super aggressive, took several hours of me saying, **hey I just want a quote** to come down from $88k to $55k (unintentional negotiation apparently), think of every joke about door to door vacuum sales, jehovahs witnesses and canceling a gym membership aggressive. The project took about twice as long as it was supposed to which was not the end of the world but it was inconvenient. The crew dropped my swamp cooler, crushing it like a pop can(why they would move a full and running swamp cooler is beyond me), tried to kludge it together resulting in the worlds trashiest water feature. Eventually, they did get it working with enough hammering and screws, so at least my house is not an oven but it is still busted. Now, they seem to be dragging their feet with replacing it. It has been about a month and I am still being told **it is coming, or the handyman should be contacting you**. Dont get me wrong, the siding and gutters so far look good and everyone has been nice but come on I paid like $55k for this job why is it so hard to replace a $500 swamp cooler from home depot? So in conclusion, the product is really expensive, seems to be really good quality but the customer service kind of sucks.

The crew was outstanding; they worked efficiently everyday; they did a great job, With clean up as well. Would recommend DaBella to everyone.

Ronan was an absolute delight to work with. He gave me a break down on what needed to be repaired and why, in a way I could easily follow and offered me a great price to match with. I was weary about having to go through with replacing my roof as it can be a costly matter, but feel much more confident in my decision after being able to speak with him on what needed to be done. I never thought I would be excited for a roof replacement, but am very happy with the results! If my husband and I do decide to move forward with more home improvements, we will be returning to DaBella.

Tyler and Mack were absolutely a pleasure to work with. They presented a great solution to my failing siding, gutters and soffits. I was very impressed with their professionalism and willingness to make the project affordable. My daughters and I are very excited to get our house looking beautiful.

They clearly explained everything and ensured all my questions and concerns were completely answered. I had two other roofing companies scheduled for a quote and I immediately cancelled after selecting debella. Not what we expected.

They slammed nails all through my kitchen pipes, causing me to have to get mold mitigation, they have not taken responsibility for it. The company has blown me off several times. Had to go through my insurance to help, causing me to lose my insurance on my house. Trying to get a hold of owner of company, but no one seems to want to do this. A lot of money came out of my pocket also to rectify this situation. Contacting Dora tomorrow, next step, along with a lawyer letter. And last looking for a good lawyer to sue if not dealt with. My family has been through hell with this company. The sad thing is I told the workers there nails where coming through my living room walls, before they even got to the kitchen

Adam Frieler was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we understood what our options were and the product we were selecting. Adam made replacing our doors easy and left us with a feeling of confidence that we had made the right choice not only about the product but also the company we were doing business with.
