Creatively Handy LLC

this is the second major project Creatively Handy (Jason Faust) has done for me.  Last year he completely redid my two bathrooms.  This was a kitchen project - everything except cabinets.  Jason consulted on materials, helped and coordinated with selection of tile, countertops, fixtures, etc.  I was able to purchase tile and countertops through ProSource.  He is meticulous, skilled, very detail oriented and commited to doing a high quality job. He demonstrates a lot of patience with frustrating, unexpected problems - which turn up in an old building like mine.  With the exception of fabrication and installation of the countertops he did all the work himself, keeping me informed of schedule and progress on a daily basis.  pricing seemed very reasonable to me and his estimate was very close to the final cost of the project.  I would recommend him without reservation.

I was given Jason Faust's name by the building manager of the Oxford Hotel in Denver who highly recommended him.  He was great about stepping me through the process of deciding what I needed to have done, what I could afford, what might work and what not.  Knowing nothing about renovation it was really nice to have him meet and advise me about quality of materials, what decisions I needed to make, where to find fixtures, etc.  He provided me with a spread sheet of steps I needed to take, costs, etc. and consistently advised and kept me informed of his progress and schedule and charges by email almost every evening.  He has always been professional and punctual.  His work is impeccable and he paid a lot of attention to detail.  He was remarkably knowledgable and skilled in a variety of areas of renovation.  Especially nice for me was the fact that he minimized the chaos in my home - cleaning up every evening, being sensitive to pets, my schedule.  He's also a very personable guy and easy to have around. He works alone and the project went more slowly than it would have if two or three people had been on it but Jason clearly has a sense of ownership and pride in his work whiich show in the first rate finished product.
