TOOK MY COMPUTER INTO CONTACT PC TOLD THEM WHAT THE PROBLEM US. TALKED TO A GUY NAMED DOUG AND HE SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY HAD IT DONE THE NEXT DAY AND IT WORKS GREAT. THEY ARE A VERY EASY TO TALK TO AND VERY POLITE. WOULD TAKE ALL MY PC PROBLEMS TO THEM.
