Terrible....botched a simple and very common the surgerical procedure. In her own words' " I nicked something when I was in there". She though she had stemmed the bleeding. My dog had Internal bleeding for 3 days and eventually her swollen abdomen burst open.. Took to an ER-$4200 later her hanidwork was repaired. Have moved on to a new vet.

Took my 18 month old GSP to the vet as he was just not himself. Explained the symptoms and behavior to the Vet who did an exam and pronounced him in good health. Said "he looks just fine"....I requested that she do a blood panel to see if perhaps something would show up. She insisted it was not necessary. After additional discussion I said, " I am paying for the blood work...I want it done". Two days later we found out he had Luekemia. First, one would expect the Vet to suggest additional diagnotics, not the pet owner. Second, once suggested, it should not become an argument. Third, this was the first major incident that caused alarm for me. There we several other small things that have caused me to loose confidence in this vet.
One of the other confidence shakers was when she did an exam on my male lab about a year ago. She made a comment about a scar on his back....something to the effect of "where did this nasty scar come from...it is quite a doozy: Well, it is interesting that she commented on that, my dog has had that scar for about 6 years and during that time she examined him at least 6 if nto 10 times. As it turns out, she was the Vet that did the surgery that in her own words, gave him the "nasty looking scar: We have moved to a new Vet after 10 years.

I don't remember the cost. I think they're pretty high. My wife is the one that picked them out. They're good providers, they're caring, they're good with the animals. I'd recommenda them on the basis of that.

They were very kind, compassionate, knew what they were talking about. The quality of service was very nice. You didn't have to wait long, if at all and you felt comfortable.

It has been okay. I spent about $90 for the last service. I usually can get in very quickly and they are fairly punctual. There is one veterinarian out of the group that I like over the rest of them. He seems to be more knowledgeable and very friendly. Their price is very high. When it comes to their quality, I have had good and bad experiences. Their punctuality is pretty good.

All of the veterinarians are excellent, friendly and caring. They really care about the animals, not just about business.

They are great with my dog. The proximity is key as well. The staff is very sensitive to an animal's needs and they take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. They are very patient with me as well. I don't feel rushed and their front desk is very helpful as well. If they don't know the answer they will check with the doctor and get back to me. Their hours are accommodating, they even have evening hours available one night a week. They always do a follow up phone call about a week after the visit to make sure everything is still ok.

I like that they are very compassionate, they diagnose well and they take wonderful care of my pet. I have used Dr. Greg Munger for about twenty years now. The staff is very caring also.

Called Saturday morning and they didn't have appointment available, but said I could leave the dog for the day for an extra $25. They would check him out and call me later. I left him and they diagnosed allergies with secondary infection. Since he's a pretty aggressive dog, they sedated him, cleaned his ear and cut his nails. We went home with two prescriptions. The dog recuperated well.

I like all of the vets there. They always allow plenty of time to answer any questions or address any additional situations that might come up. Their hours are very convenient. They are open until 7pm twice a week and open on Saturdays and Sundays. Even the receptionists and tech's are pleasant and full of useful information. They have even followed up with phone calls to see how my dog was doing when we have gone in for sick visits.
