Certain Service Housekeeping

I first had this company come to my home in March 2014. I asked for the whole house to be cleaned, especially and including the blinds and baseboards. I came home from a trip expecting a clean shiny house, and even though they had done some cleaning, it was not a thorough job at all, and they forgot the basement. I called and they agreed to come back and clean the whole house. Again as I went through the house over the next few days, several blinds were missed, the floor behind the toilets was not cleaned, and the railing was not dusted although I again had specifically expressed my wishes. They were scheduled to come back on May 2, and I sent an email to reiterate the services that I hoped to have performed and especially the blinds, railing, etc. I received a call the morning of the scheduled clean that there was an emergency and they would not be able to clean. I asked if they could try to reschedule for the following Monday. I received another call later that day to tell me that they could not get me rescheduled. My response was and quot;okay?and quot; to which Grant did not even try to come up with a solution. I never heard from them again even though I had requested a cleaning on May 23 about 1 and 1/2 months prior to that date. I admit that I am particular about housecleaning, but I was more than willing to work with this service to make things right, but they obviously were not willing to go the extra mile.
