Finishing the job was not good at all. I did a lot of touch ups and installing of the finishing pieces (floor boards, light covers, towel hangers, paint touch up). Medicine cabinets were way too high and we were charged to have them lowered. I felt that our job was a secondary thought for the company and the sub contractors were the "b-team" because it was only a master bath. There are still pencil marks on granite and paint that is peeling off along with paint chalk cracking after 4 months. The custom cabinets did not work properly and we were mailed the piece to fix it without any labor. There were no discounts awarded for any work that I personally did and I just wanted the job to be done.

Though this was a small job for CDK they treated us as a very important customer. All of the workers were timely and professional. Work was done in a reasonable time frame. Only real glitch was that not quite enough tile was ordered for the backsplash, but quickly obtained more and installed as soon as it arrived. Quality of workmanship was all top-notch.

Everything went exceptionally well from start to finish on our two projects. We worked exclusively through Josh Weren @ CDK who made multiple trips to our home during hours that accommodated our busy family schedule. Josh was extremely polite, very professional, and it was apparent from the very beginning that his talent and vision were exactly what we were looking for in a project manager. He drew very descriptive plans while discussing various options with us, and brought by a number of samples of stone, tile, cabinets and stains so we could make accurate visual decisions for our project. Josh was never pushy, and after we made the decision to use CDK, he was always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and really just made us feel confident that we were in good hands at all times. Our finished projects, both upstairs and downstairs basement entertainment centers are absolutely gorgeous, an incredible enhancement to our already beautiful home!

We are very pleased with the final result. Josh estimated that the project would take six to eight weeks; it took seven, but would have been done in six except for some minor delays with respect to installing the carpet and the new mirrors. His bid was not the lowest we received, but it was the most comprehensive, including reasonable allowances for fixtures, tile, carpet, granite, etc. All we had to do was pick out the materials at the local suppliers, which would then deliver them to our house. We did not have any major surprises or change orders. Josh and Phil, the project manager, were easy to reach by phone or email, and always responsive. Phil did a good job of coordinating their various subs, without too much down time. Dust and disruption were reasonably well controlled. We will certainly ask cdk to bid on any future projects we may have.

We are very happy with the island. It is beautiful and quality design and construction.

The project took about three weeks (thank goodness for microwave ovens) and went very smoothly. I ordered the cabinets from cdk Kitchens and baths and they came very quickly. Cherie was very quick about offering different cabinet configurations as I settled on the design. Once they design was settled, Josh gave an estimate that included demolition of the existing kitchen, installation of the cabinets, new countertop and installation, flooring and installation, painting, installation of an over-the-stove microwave, installation of a new light fixture, reinstallation of the sink and well as a new faucet and installation of under-cabinet lights. Josh and Phil were very good about letting me know when they would be at the job site, were prompt and excellent about cleaning up every afternoon. I am extremely happy with the new kitchen. White cabinets make the whole room look so much larger. The only damage during the whole project was a couple of dings on the oven handle that was sanded and painted over the next day. I have absolutely no complaints and have gone through several remodeling and building projects and know how rare that is.I highly recommend cdk Kitchens and Baths.

Josh and CDK were fantastic!!!  We would definitely hire them again.  Kevin, the carpenter, was awesome- a great communicator with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship.  Kevin, the tile-guy, also did a phenomenal job.  We love our new mantle and fireplace, and have received many compliments.
When problems or challenges to implementing our vision for the fireplace/mantle arose, these guys were great in helping us figure out solutions.  They were on time and efficient.  I can't rave enough about them, and recommend them enthusiastically!

Excellent.  cdkkitchens & baths very experienced and easy to work with.  Knowledgeable in all finishes and phases of construction.  Worked with HOA for approval process.  Understood what I desired and made creative suggestions resulting in a beautiful living space.  The kitchen is the kitchen I dreamed of.....my Barefoot Contessa kitchen.  Light and bright, with wonderful island that serves as food preparation area and seats five comfortably.  So much additional storage was created.  Space was limited in both bathrooms.  Selection of vanities, tile work and finishes work beautifully in both spaces.  Master bathroom shower was fitted with custom glass door creating an amazing change to space.  So very pleased with the entire renovation. Has the "oh" factor when people walk through the door as they can't believe the change to the entire condo. 

I called Josh back in August or Sept letting him know that I needed my basement done before November 15th. He assured me that he would be able to get it done and he did! All Josh's subs are licensed and very professional. That definitely helped the process go along more smoothly. Josh is not a hands off general contractor and jumped in when necessary. I will use Josh and his team again, and as a Realtor I will also refer him to my clients.

The project went well.  The timeline of the project was very important to us.  We were living in the house during this remodel and our nanny worked in the house through  the construction with our 2 boys.  The contractor was professional and aware of our needs with 2 small children.  The initial plastic barrier was replaced when we felt it was not protecting us from the dust and debris.  They were responsive to all of our concerns that arose during the project.  There were surprise issues that arose during the demolition, HVAC lines inside the walls we wanted removed and  sub floor that could not be patched.  These issues were resolved and we were charged for what it cost cdk.  We felt that cdk was honest with us throughout the project.  There were products that we ordered that were back ordered and they did their best to help us get back on track with new products that were very similar to move forward with the work.  We communicated almost daily through email or in person with questions we had or issues that were arising.  Questions were quickly answered and responded to so the project could move forward.  When there was something that was not right it was fixed.

Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Did a good job.

CDK Kitchens & Baths, Inc.did a great job.  It was at the end of April.  He did a great job.  He only did a partial of the shower.  I'm renting so it went to my landlord.  He was on time, he communicated what he was doing.  He was responsive and easy to work with.

Cherie did a great job with the bathroom plans, revising them numerous times for us.

fOverall we could not be more satisfied. We are thrilled with all of the extensive work cdk kitchens & bath inc. did on our home. If we have any other projects we are going to call them first.

We began by meeting at our home with our initial ideas...after a few days of design and "tweaking" a few details, we were ready to order cabinets. Start date was arranged around our planned vacation and entire demolition was completed, including removing walls and installing archways. Hardwood flooring went in and then continued to granite selection (three total slabs, over 90 sq. ft. of countertops). Electrical, adding a gas line for a new stove, installation of new toilets and kitchen and bath sinks, reworking a stacked stone fireplace and other tile, as well as replacing doors and lighting.
Each of their individual specialists were very professional, well mannered and accommodating to our needs. Their recommendations regarding our initial ideas were right on the mark, and their guidance was understanding of our wants and needs. Timing was well thought out to orchestrate a variety of projects to complete an impressive design to our home.
We were thoroughly impressed and are very proud to show off our new home, thanks to Josh, Cherie and all of their outstanding subcontractors.
