He is a handyman, and he did a great job. He is really good at finish work and painting. I had him fix a fence post that had rotted out, so he replaced it. It was nice, because he thought that he had to dig a big hole, which saved me money. I had him do the work before I put my house on the market. Brad is very skilled at what he does. He is very professional, timely and affordable. I can tell that he is just a good person and somebody I felt comfortable having in my home when I wasn’t around. I was definitely okay with him coming and going from the house as needed. I have recommended him to people.
