Took our Camry to Autonation Arapahoe to change the Valve Assembly vacuum S and was charged $162 for the Part and $261 for Labor. After research, the part can be purchased for $30-$50 and labor by a repair facility would be no more than $100. Autonation was a total rip off with their exorbitant charge of 5 times the price for the part and labor of $173 per hour for 1.5 hours to install. Absolutely STAY AWAY from this Toyota service dealership. Will never use them again.

Based on the rest of the reviews, this shouldn’t be surprise to see another poor experience coming from AutoNation Toyota. In our case, we used the AutoNation website to reserve a car we wanted over the weekend. Immediately after selecting to reserve on the website, we got an email with confirmation number that the vehicle was reserved for 72 hours and won’t be sold until after the reservation expires. At this point we were happy we found the car we wanted and glad it was reserved before we purchased on Monday. A couple hours before the appointment we get an email saying the car was already sold. We were very frustrated at this point, because we were promised this vehicle was reserved until it expired. We tried to work out other options like trying to find a vehicle, but were told none exist in the US right now. Also, AutoNation has similar vehicles in stock, but not what we were looking for so we asked about getting a significant discount on these similar vehicles to make up for this breaking of agreement of reserved vehicle. They didn’t want to change the price at all and offered nothing more than a hallow apology. No one should buy a car from these dishonest people.

They replaced the suspension belt. I was on my way to the dealership, because the car was making funny noises and one my way it just stopped. The belt has just evaporated. We used to just call it the fan belt, but now it hooks to everything for the car to run. There was so much work of the engine they had to take apart to put it back in together.

They completed an oil change and a few other things. They have a fully outfitted and very nice waiting area. I don't use it much, because I work a mile and a half away. I drop my car off in the morning and use their shuttle service to work and then my car is done when I get off. They have a few shuttle drivers, one goes north, one south and will take you where ever you need to go.

They had to have it for the day, so they offered me a shuttle service to work, then picked me up and I went home. I have been working with this dealership; my previous car was a Toyota, so I know the dealership and very much trust them with their service. They are very reliable.

If you need a car see Scott Yockstick. Patient, knowledgeable, helpful. Knows his inventory. Knows his product vehicles. Listened to what I needed & what would be nice. Helped discuss options both + & - . Offered a fair price & we were finished. Who could ask for more?

I would only buy another car from them if the price was right.
He was really busy, was taking care of like ten people at one time. If the sales guy would have taken more efficient time with us it would have been more helpful, rather then being all over the place.

I think every time I take the car in, they do a tire rotation. I think they're expensive, way over priced. I like the convenience, they provide me with the ride home and they pick me up. I don't have to wait there because they take me home. They have a fairly nice waiting area because they have WI-Fi. They're very friendly. They can not charge me so much, that's all I can think of so they can improve. I don't know if I'm a woman and they're cheating. I've read other people's comments in this next door thing that is in our neighborhood and they say, they rip you off like crazy. I don't know if they're really on the cheating side or not because I'm not smart enough to know.

oil changes great, but when warrenty ran out went to other places for priceing and this place is way too expensive. Also, I had a small puncture in tire. The charged me $30 to fix. found out later if i'd gone back to place i got tires (discount tire) they would have done for free. They could have asked me where i got tires (one mile away) and suggested there for repair.

Took vehicle in on schedule, immediately ran a diagnostic while I waited for the results and then completed replacements of the battery and other electrical tests all within about 45 minutes. In the meantime there is a comfortable waiting area. Payment process was quick and easy with my Highlander Hybrid washed and waiting for me by the time I was done.

Our Toyota Tacoma overheated. We pulled over immediately and called AAA to tow the truck to Go Toyota (because it was the closest). We told the service department that we needed a new thermostat. They called to let us know that they couldn't reproduce the problem. Later they called and said that we did need a thermostat but we also needed a new radiator because they couldn't get the cap back on. Now the price went up over $800.00. We knew that the cap would go on so we went to the dealership and talked to the service director Pat Brown. Bottom line is that we needed a thermostat and a new radiator cap. They tried to up charge us for something that we didn't need. Pat Brown quoted us $270 to fix the thermostat and cap. When we went to pick up the car, they had raised the price to over $400 with no explanation. Took over 30 minutes to get them to lower the price to what we were quoted. I would NEVER take a car to their service department again.on Toyota Scion

My last visit was already paid for so I wasn't charged. I like it and they're very friendly. I would recommend them to Toyota owners.

We just moved to the area and needed a new car. We bought a new care from Go Toyota simply because they had the model and color we wanted. No other local toyota dealer had the particular car in stock. The process at GO Toyota was so PAINFUL! So slow. Salesperson wasn't very knowledgeable. We were constantly waiting while he went to ask someone else. We negotiated the price and then we went home to think about it. When we decided we wanted it, we made an appointment to purchase the car. They were not prepared for us at all. We literally sat around for hours waiting while they did the paper work and got the car ready. And they did not negotiate the price down much. It was disappointing. We were desperate and wanted the car quick so we caved. We liked the people at Groove Toyota better but they didn't have the car in stock there. But if you have a choice, try Groove.

They get an F rating because I requested a bid and gave them specifications of what I wanted included besides the stock purchase of the vehicle with the options I wanted included. I gave them three weeks to install the options and one of the salesman quit and handed off the project. The ball got dropped and then two of the options I had requested were completely not even close to what I thought was specifically understood. The problem was the selection of some of the components, they were going to put in some custom leather seats and we had selected on the color of the thread based on a leather sample they had. they guaranteed me that it would match the sample but when I picked up the vehicle, it was pink. What guy wants to ride around with pink stitching in his truck? There was a understanding of the fender modification that were to be included with the purchase price but when I went to pick it up it was completely a different fender. I was told you cant get that fender for that kind of vehicle. It was just poor communication of their part, if they would have just told me. When I went to discuss the problems and the situations, they said you signed a paper accepting the vehicle "as is", in other words tough luck buddy. I still have the pink threading but I am thinking about taking a magic marker to change the color. Who wants to do that to a new vehicle? They were the second dealer I went to and I went to them because they beat another dealer by $4000.00. I think legally there is nothing that can be done since I signed the document.

I've used them for my last two cars and this would be the third one. I know them and I tend to go back to places I know but that doesn't mean I won't go somewhere else next time. I bought a Radford this time around. I like it okay. It gives my 22 miles in town. It is a bigger vehicle and I basically bought it before I retired. The purpose was to have a vehicle that would do better in the smell. Now I've retired and I have to go back to a smaller car. It was brand new. They always rush me through the process and they did a fair job this time. I think they are all over priced and they all use too much gas. There are too many things on them that we really don't need. I like the car and it does what I need it to do. It's great on road trips. I've always gotten good service from them. The last time I was there I waited for two hours which was way too long. They are always quite professional. I'm going to shop a little more around next time.
