The project started in August after several visits from the sales person Trevor. He assured my father that everything would be taken care of. My father had to call to find out when the materials were coming after the start date had come and gone. The materials were finally delivered and it was over a week before a crew came to do the work. It took them two days to complete the roof of the house and patio. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that the metal flashings were not installed correctly. My father contacted the company and they said they would take care of it. That was end of August and now it is December. Four separate appointments have been scheduled to come out and complete the work. They never show up and never call. We have gone up the chain of people to get information (Trevor, Kate, Rachel). No one seems to care that we have taken time to arrange our schedules to get this work done. No payment has been made at this point. I’m glad that I was able to save myself the agony of this company when my roof was done. I just wish I could have saved my father the hassle of American Dream. They are not a dream, but a nightmare. I would NEVER book them for a job again. They also have a BBB rating of C due to this same problem. All sounds good in the beginning and then they care less about the customer!
