Not only is their work excellent, which it is - they are a rare contractor in that they tell you exactly what they are going to do, how and when they will perform the work and then they do EXACTLY what they told you. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and professional – they certainly pay attention to detail. Our cabinets look better than new. I cannot thank Chris enough for the great job he did on updating two bathrooms. They were 100 percent gutted. I was a novice at this type of remodel and Chris was so patient and helpful. His work was beyond great. I love the cabinets, tile work, and granite counter tops. I appreciated Chris asking at the beginning and end of each day if I had any questions or concerns, That way any issues were resolved immediately. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Chris measured and prepared all cabinets for replacement and set to work with the materials we selected. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and energetic. I admired his work ethic. The result was a fantastic improvement and the quality was superb. When he left, he totally cleaned up his mess so that we were ready to restock all the shelves and get back to normal life.

Chris Knack provided excellent service from giving a bid to completing the work. He explained exactly how the process would work and was on schedule completing the job. While most of the work was completed at his shop, we were impressed how he was able to set up a portable shop on site to do minor finish work. Chris has a true attention to detail in his work. Fantastic! Chris and his team were extremely punctual, starting the job two weeks before they said they could, and finishing a job that they said would take 4 days in 3! The price did not change from the estimate (i.e., no "hidden surprises"), the quality was impeccable, Chris was very professional and I would definitely use them again.
