Description of Work: I have been a AAA member for over a decade. I have used them for buying airline tickets and booking hotel rooms. I have found their prices for these are as good or better than any other website including Priceline, etc. I always check. And you can talk to a real person about your travel plans if you like, or go into one of their offices and use a travel agent FOR FREE. When my adult daughter did not arrive on a flight from New Zealand on a flight I bought through AAA, the AAA travel agent helped me track her down. Try that on Orbitz. When I arrived in Orlando on a trip and the car rental company did not have any cars available, AAA found me an alternative rental quickly and painlessly. Again, try that with Kayak. I have also bought luggage in one of their stores at a fantastic price. Free tour books. I can go on and on. When it comes to automotive is where they have really saved my bacon. In the decade plus that I have been a member, they have got me or my kids out of jams a half dozen times or so. My 19 year old daughter called me one night at 1am and the car she was riding in broke down on a very lonely I-25 heading back to Ft Collins after a concert. She called me and I tell her to call AAA as I got dressed to drive 45 minutes to meet her. By the time I was getting in the car, she call me back and told me that the driver called her and would be there in ten minutes. I stayed at home and she called back in about 15 minutes and told me that the driver was there and was loading the car and he was very nice and she wasn't scared anymore. And here's the best part - she was a passenger in someone else's car and AAA covered the whole thing. Another time she lost the key to her car (after another concert) and AAA sent a locksmith that made her a new key on the spot. Again, it cost her nothing. My battery went dead and they sent a battery truck out that sold me a battery way cheaper than the dealer and installed it at my office when I was at work. No down time going to a shop and waiting on it. The only time I ever had to wait was in the middle of a huge snowstorm about five years ago when we got stuck on our street. They asked if we were in a safe location and we told them that we were 200 ft from our house and they asked if we could wait until the storm passed so they could service people that were stranded and in unsafe conditions. Sounded reasonable. And it kept us from getting out and getting stuck someplace where we were NOT safe. Again, I cannot rave enough about this company and could not imagine not having myself - and especially my two daughters - without it.
