A great job both with the sale and the installation. Gary is super friendly and answered all our questions, even the crazy technical ones. Dalon showed up right on time and did the installation in only a few hours, show me the ropes (how it all works) and it has worked well since.

The experience was great. The receptionist worked out what needed to be done to repair our lift kar. The technician showed up promptly and fixed our stair climber. I had been researching how to get it repaired for months, it is manufactured in Austria. Thanks team 101 Mobility of Denver.

They had a folding ramp which they installed compared to building a wooden ramp. Rob Anderson, their representative for Colorado Springs was friendly and very knowledgeable and I will use him again.

The technician (Matt) resolved the known problems with our stair chair-lift and then detected another problem that he then also resolved. Capable, knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up getting my money's worth, even though this company has a pretty stout $175 flat service fee.
