I was hesitant to hire Trisona as they have some negative ratings but they were the only service who responded to my posting and when they contacted me Will sounded completely on board with what I needed- full lawn/yard care so I gave them a chance-very disappointed to report that was a mistake. I hired them to mow, edge, trim and blow my yard- they mowed... nothing else and didn't even step foot in my backyard to blow the rocks and cement area. I called Will that day and he said he would send a new crew out to finish the job and come out himself to review the work not completed and that I would NOT be charged for that service. No one ever showed up. I emailed Will two days later to check in and to verify whether they were still planning to show up for yard cleanup and junk removal Saturday. No one called me back and no one showed up to do that work. I emailed Will Saturday when I saw my credit card- that they ask for you to put on file with them- DON'T DO IT!- had been charged for the incomplete mowing service provided that previous Wednesday. I called Will expressing my extreme frustration and disappointment at the lack of communication, work completed and the charge to my credit card. No one has contacted me and I am disputing this charge. I want to warn people not to use this lawn care service. I find this situation to be so frustrating- why call me if you're not willing to show up for the work!? And why even do the work if you're not going to do it to the best of your ability, especially for the first time you perform the service? I'm an ideal customer- I don't want to deal with my yard and I want someone reliable to handle everything consistently. Don't be taken for a ride by a company not concerned with their customers or the quality of their work.
