After canceling our appointment 3x he showed up on 6/2. The job was to remove several birds and their nest from the exhaust system outside which is above my stove inside. This has been a problem for several weeks. The mess that falls on top of the stove as well as the noise! He did climb a ladder, remove the plate to the system, installed 2 very thick wire plates

They were very slow responding voice mails, emails, and texts. They did not complete the job and yet have charged full price. They offered to come out again,for an extra charge to finish the job. I believe I was cheated by this business and would not recommend them. I am very disappointed that they were recommended by HomeAdvisor and now am not sure I would use HomeAdvisor in the future.

"Mr. L.[Consumer name withheld at their request] review is wrong. The job was completed, he state that he had 20 prairie dog holes and he had 200. big difference. He notified us 2 weeks after that 20 holes opened up. His neighbors has prairie dogs. NOTHING will stop those prairie dogs from traveling across property lines. OUR business is pest control. we can keep wildlife under control, but wildlife is wildlife they do what they want. In order to have bests results neighbors his needs to treat for prairie dogs. We put in 4 hours treating those prairie dog.The employees finished at 8:45 at night and required a hotel room for the night.. Mr. L.[Consumer name withheld at their request] wasn't even charged for this. Our company had to travel 4 hours each way to complete this job. We can not go back for nothing."

My home is in a remote area of Colorado and finding someone to take care of the skunks and other unwelcome critters is a problem. This company responded quickly to my phone calls and went to the house the next day. They checked under and around the house. Even though they found no evidence of skunks, it was a relief to know the skunks were gone.

We have nothing but rave reviews for Prairie Dog Terminators, LLC. This "retired" couple and their workers provided systemic solutions to our bat problem inside of our house. It's been two weeks and we are completely bat free. They are knowledgeable, work in a timely fashion with NO upsale whatsoever. So grateful for their professionalism.

Very knowledgeable retired couple with experience in all trapping and wildlife removal. I found them to be very helpful in the trap setting and suggestions on removal. Post trap removal they were very helpful in setting up temporary barriers to prevent further intrusion of animals. I would highly recommend their service anywhere on the west slope and their costs are very reasonable.

This company failed to tell us that they charge by the hour. We live 100 miles away, which is a 200 mi round trip drive, which they charge $60 an hour. So their drive time is 90% of their fee. Their traps do not work. The family of marmots walk around them and never go in. So we have been charged $1250 (negotiated down to $1000) for nothing. We still are overrun with marmots and have spent $1,000. They should never take a job so far away from their location without full disclosure.

"We did discuss our houly rate and our location of our business. Home owners agreed to watch traps daily with out any charge. Home owners left for a week. Per State policy all traps need to be checked daily. Our rate included milage. The home owners were informed the best and cost effective way to take care of the Marmots are to exterminate. Home owners wanted them to be trapped. They have abundance of chipmunks that kept stealing the bate. The traps we're set for a heavier animal and chipmunks did not trip the trap. One Marmot was caught and disposed of per Colorado Parks and Wildlife policies."
