A few weeks later the property owners, who have the easement contacted us through their attorney because the easement road was now narrower than before and they demanded we put that dirt, which Mr. Richards had moved, back on the road. We also were required to re-fence our pasture in different areas and move our dog training area (which is what I do for a living) and together we had to spend another $10,000.
