After scheduling with me on May 9th 2014, Dads Handyman was to pick up the mixer and concrete. They arrived promptly at my residence early friday morning, with the supplies which I had ordered. The job took about 6 hours. which was done in a very timely manner. I was very happy with the workmanship preformed. I have hired them several times in the past and have always been happy witheir work and professionalism.

Dennis gave me a written estimate, for $500.00 to replace the flooring. The time table was for a logical time of two days. The date was set and kept with only a one day delay, which was well within my schedule. I am very happy with his punctuality and effort to keep his scheduled estimated time. Hdid have to spend a couple of hours on a third day,but he made sure to communicate with me, in a timely manner.
I am very happy with dennis' work ethics and professionalism. Iwas just asking for rough work at this time, but he made it look fine.

HE CAME IN TOOK THE WAX RING OUT AND REPLACED IT, RESET THE TOILET ON ITS PROPER FOUNDATION AND FASTENED IT DOWN SO THAT IT WOULD NOT MOVE ANYMORE. IT HAD BEGUN TO SLIDE BACK TOWARDS THE WALL. ALL IN ALL, IT TOOK HIM APPROX 45 MIN TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS

DAD'S HANDYMAN From the first time I met Mr. Morton I was impressed with the way he expressed his knowledge of what we wanted and what he could do to accomplish it. We first met him while he was working for our neighbor and were impressed. When we requested that he do the remodeling, he listened to us and worked hard to evaluate our needs. He even worked with us when my wife made major changes. We have an older mobile home and not many things are square, but his effort was well rewarded with visible quality. Problems were brought to my attention and I was ask what I preferred. He came at 9:00 am and worked till 5:00 and put in a whole day. His punctuality was beyond reproach. His professionalism was great, which showed in his work and communications. The cost was only slightly over the quoted cost, this was due to my wife's changes of mind. They worked hard to keep the house and work areas clean and tidy. Upon leaving each day the areas were left clean and orderly. My wife and I are very satisfied with the workmanship of all that they did. The time frame that was agreed upon was followed , and work was done in two and a half weeks just like he quoted us . When at work, that is what they did. I really appreciated their professionalism. I would defiantly request Dad's handyman to do more work for us. We have already ask for a quote on more items we need done.
