It was perfect. He was on time. The price was fair. Everything was good.

Mike's a man of his word, and a good communicator, besides being very good at his craft. While this was unexplored territory for him, the finished product turned out beautifully in spite of poor instructions from the manufacturer. The finished work is a credit to his abilities.

Mike filled out all the paperwork we needed to get a building permit. He ripped off our old deck in mere hours and had the new deck up and completed in only a few days. He was so fast and efficient! The only times he stopped work was to have our town building inspectors do their inspections. (The desire to get a building permit was ours, because we wanted to know that everything was to "code," but we probably could have done without it.) We hired Mike not so much on price but due to the quality of construction. If you know anything about Mission furniture, Mike has a few build techniques that remind you of what makes Mission so solid. Since the deck was put on our house, we have had numerous compliments from complete strangers!

THE BASEMENT LOOKS GREAT! HE DOES A VERY DETAILED, THOROUGH JOB. HE WORKS QUICKLY, EVEN THOUGH HE DOES IT ON A PART-TIME BASIS AND HE IS WONDERFUL ABOUT WORKING OUT WAYS OF GETTING THE BEST QUALITY MATERIALS, WHILE KEEPING COSTS AS LOW AS POSSIBLE.

I WAS AMAZED HOW QUICKLY MICHAEL COMPLETED THIS PROJECT. IT WAS OF GREAT QUALITY AND IT LOOKED AWESOME WHEN IT WAS DONE. I WAS VERY UNSURE OF WHAT I WANTED IN TERMS OF THE DECK DESIGN, AS OUR BACKYARD WAS AN ODD SHAPE. HE TOOK GREAT CARE IN SKETCHING DESIGN POSSIBILITIES THAT WOULD MAXIMIZE OUR SPACE. WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE END RESULT.

MIKE ZUKOWSKI TORE DOWN OUR OLD DECK AND REPLACED IT WITH A BEAUTIFUL NEW DECK. HE TOOK EXTRA CARE TO ENSURE THE SAFETY, AS WELL AS, THE APPEARANCE OF OUR NEW DECK.
